Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of https://texasjunkboyz.com and the junk removal and dumpster rental services provided by Texas Junk Boyz, a family owned business based in Crowley, Texas. By submitting a quote request, scheduling a job, or accepting our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Texas Junk Boyz provides residential and commercial junk removal, furniture and appliance haul away, hot tub removal, yard debris cleanup, light demolition, and dumpster rental within a 50 mile radius of Crowley, TX. We are fully insured for residential and commercial work.

Quotes and pricing

All quotes are flat rate, given before any work begins. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued. Pricing reflects the items you described to us at the time of quote. If on arrival the actual scope of work is materially larger than what was described (more items, items larger than disclosed, additional access challenges), we will provide a revised quote on site and you can accept the new price or decline service. We do not start work until you accept the price.

Payment

Payment is due when the job is completed. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. For larger commercial jobs and dumpster rentals, invoiced net 7 day terms are available with prior arrangement.

What we cannot take

For safety and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept:

• Asbestos or asbestos containing materials
• Liquid hazardous waste (paint, oil, chemicals, gasoline, propane)
• Loose batteries
• Pressurized cylinders
• Dead animals
• Items containing refrigerant unless we are notified in advance for proper handling

If you are unsure whether an item is acceptable, ask before scheduling. We may decline to remove items on arrival if they fall into one of the prohibited categories.

Scheduling, cancellations, and no shows

We provide a one hour arrival window for most jobs. If you need to reschedule, please give us as much notice as possible by calling or texting 817-655-5655. We do not charge a cancellation fee for residential jobs canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled arrival window. For dumpster rentals and large commercial jobs, a cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery may incur a fee equal to one trip charge.

If our crew arrives at the scheduled time and you are not present or available, and we cannot reach you by phone, we may charge a trip fee equal to our $149 service minimum.

Property access and damage

By scheduling a job, you confirm that you have authority to allow us on the property and to remove the items in question. You agree to provide reasonable access (driveway parking, gate access, etc).

Texas Junk Boyz takes care to protect your property during a haul. We use moving blankets, door protection, and dollies. We carry commercial general liability insurance. In the rare event of damage caused by our crew, contact us within 7 days of the job. We will assess and address legitimate damage claims through our insurance.

We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, lawns, or driveways caused by the routine weight of our trucks and trailers when parked in the location you directed. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or damage to items not identified during the walk through.

Donation and recycling

We route reusable items to local donation centers when possible (Goodwill, Salvation Army, Family Endeavors). Items in poor condition go to landfill or to recyclers. Once items are loaded onto our trailer, ownership transfers to Texas Junk Boyz and we determine their final destination.

Dumpster rental terms

Dumpster rentals include 7 days of use, delivery, pickup, and one dump trip. Additional days are $25 per day. Overfilling the dumpster above the rim, or filling it with prohibited materials, may result in an additional dump trip fee ($199 to $299). You are responsible for the dumpster while it is on your property, including any damage to it.

Liability limit

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Texas Junk Boyz's total liability for any single job is limited to the amount paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the business or applicable law changes. The most recent version always lives at this URL.
