Most one car garages clear in a half to three quarter load. Two car garages typically need a three quarter to full load. Three car garages often need multi load pricing.

Before we start hauling, you tell us what stays. We can also help sort if you want a second opinion on what is worth keeping.

Two to four person crew. We move fast and we move careful. Most garages clear in 2 to 4 hours.

We sweep the garage floor, take photos, and give it back to you. Standard finish is broom clean.
Why your garage got out of control and how we fix it
Garages accumulate clutter for a specific reason: they are the easiest place to defer a decision. When something does not have a home indoors, it goes to the garage. When something is broken but not quite ready to throw out, it goes to the garage. When holiday decorations come down, they go to the garage. Five years later, you have a wall of bins that nobody has opened, three broken appliances waiting for a dump trip that never happens, and you are parking in the driveway. Sound familiar? It is the most common cleanup job we do.
A typical two car garage cleanout takes our crew 2 to 4 hours. We can clear roughly 400 to 600 cubic feet of stuff in a half day. If you have a really packed garage with floor to ceiling bins on every wall, plan for a full work day and possibly two trailer trips. We give you the realistic estimate up front so there are no surprises.
On sorting: most homeowners want us to just haul everything they point at. About 1 in 5 want us to help sort, especially if there are tools, sports equipment, or hobby supplies that might still be useful or have resale value. We can do either. If you want sorting help, plan on adding an hour or two to the job and a small surcharge. We can route donatable items to Goodwill or Salvation Army, surface old tools that might go on Facebook Marketplace, and bag up metal for recycling rather than landfill.
For shop and workshop cleanouts (think detached garages with serious tool collections), the job changes a bit. Tool boxes, table saws, drill presses, and welding equipment all have resale value. We can either haul everything as a flat rate, or sort and try to route the valuable equipment to local consignment or estate sale partners. Either way, we leave the shop broom clean.
