We dismantle the shed by hand using pry bars and reciprocating saws. Wood sheds come apart in 1 to 2 hours. Metal sheds take longer.

We haul the panels and frame, sweep the area, and leave the slab or pavers clean.
Why most homeowners need shed help eventually
Sheds are the secondary garage. Whatever did not fit in the garage ended up in the shed, and after 10 or 15 years the shed is unusable. Spiders, rust, dry rotted lumber, and a door that does not close. Texas Junk Boyz empties old sheds every week. We can either pull everything out and leave the shed standing, or empty and tear the shed down completely if it has outlived its usefulness.
For tear down, most wood sheds come apart in 1 to 2 hours with pry bars and a reciprocating saw. We pull the panels off the frame, knock the frame apart, and load the lumber into our trailer. Metal sheds take longer because of the bolts and the sheet metal panels, but the process is the same. Plastic sheds (Rubbermaid, Suncast) come apart fastest because they are just clipped together.
Foundation handling is the variable. Most sheds sit on pavers, concrete blocks, or a wood frame with skids. Those we can handle. Shed foundations that are full concrete slabs we generally leave in place unless you want concrete demolition, which we quote separately as a light demolition job.
